SuperSons Part 4: Dance of the Robins

SuperSons Part 1

SuperSons Part 2

SuperSons Part 3

“I’m not saying you… have to fix anything. But make sure you talk to him soon.”

Tim was half in uniform; he had on his red chest piece and tights, but nothing on his feet or face. His hair waved on his head, modern and handsome. His young, comfortable face lay pleasantly, his skin smooth and soft to see and to touch. He was putting on his clothes earlier, when he decided to stop and walk into the common room to get something to drink when he saw Damian in the corner. He stopped, thinking back about the moment shared between the younger Robin and Super Boy last week, after they got rescued from Joker being a prick.

He knows Damian has been acting differently since and felt very confident as to why. Tim knows something about young relationships and not understanding themselves. So when he watched Jon and Damian from a short distance the other day, and hearing about what Damian told him… he knows there’s something special between them. He didn’t want Damian to make the same mistakes he might have when younger. Tim Drake saw this as an opportunity for the two of them. A way to get along. His expression softened as he leaned back, his body taut and flexible, waiting ro Damian to respond.

After a minute, Damian replied “It’s none of your business.”

Tim expected this, not surprised to see Damian be visibly annoyed that he was talking about this without it really being brought up. Tim was at the end of his short, well-intended parting of knowledge as he stood between Damian and the exit. Tim wasn’t forcing him to stay in, but Damian had to walk past Tim to leave.

Tim grimaced, rubbing his hair and thinking back on how he felt when he was younger. When he and his best friend fought, and he didn’t understand how to make things right again. The young Tim Drake knew this required a delicate touch.

He read the room, sensing the tension and moved from the exit. In as casual a look he can have in half costume, feeling somewhat naked but open. He approached Damian, who had his forearms against a chair and sighed loudly as he saw Tim approach. Tim understood Damian’s hesitation but also understood why adults sometimes did things that bothered kids. Kids don’t always know what they need.

“Sorry. But, just make sure you think about this and… ha.” Tim leaned back against the wall with his shoulders, arms crossed against his chest and was as comfortable as he looked. Being in tights was second nature to Drake. “I know it sounds weird, but I’m happy for you Damian. Not because of everything that happened… but, because it did happen and who it happened with. This is good for you. You get me?”

SuperSons Part 3 - BustedBoys

SuperSons Part 1

SuperSons Part 2

Damian jumped away from the Joker’s homemade projectile that would do untold damage if it hit him.

“Ha! Come on, don’t you wanna know what my Joker Bomb would do!? Not even a little!?” Joker played his face straight at the end, just to burst in laughter right after anyways.

Damian grimaced, his goggles on and in full uniform, but moving around a little too light for comfort. If he realized Joker would be here, he wouldn’t come here so unprepared.

“Haaiyaa!”

Damian saw Jon flying up from behind Joker, and Joker ducked right before Jon would have caught him. Damian cursed and grimaced. Why give away your advantage!?

Jon stumbled to the ground, Damian watching him closely from the distance between them. Damian studied Jon, who was moving slower than usual. Damian watched as Jon stood up, his jeans with iconic rips and being held tight against his legs. They hugged him, and Damian saw a rip in his shirt, displaying more skin but that isn’t what Damian focused on. Damian saw purple shoes flying through the air and breaking through the air between Jon’s legs. Without any warning or hesitation, Joker kicked Jon in the crotch as hard as he could. The force of the kick was brutal, raising the young superhero off the ground.

“Jon!” Damian screamed, watching the trainwreck unfold in slow motion.

The impact was loud, a meaty THUD echoing as a result. And Damian’s worst fear was confirmed as he heard it and watched Jon’s reaction to the brutal low blow.

Jon did not have his cup on.

Jon’s fingers went down to his crotch as Joker pulled his foot out. Jon screamed out in agony, his fingers clutching from underneath his unprotected testicles. His face clenched as he fell over on his knees, head to the floor as he lay curled over in a tight wad of agony, writhing on his knees and twisting in pain. This was the worst Jon’s ever gotten it in the balls, bar none.

“Hahahaha! Oh, how perfect! Kicking a kid in the balls is one of the best ways to spend an evening. Oh, it’s especially lovely when you just know they didn’t expect it at all. Really makes me feel special.” Joker explained as he danced over in his iconic green and purple suit. Hair slicked and neon green, face pale and lips red as blood. He grabbed Jon’s hair and lifted his face up. Damian’s stomach sunk as he saw Jon’s face.

Jon was squinting, eyes watering and mouth hanging open in abject agony. His hands were buried between his legs and weak gasps escaped his flickering lips. Eyes, baby blue open and looking through the world for help as they danced around in his skull before rolling into the back of his head.

“Awkkk! Ohh…nnaaaaggh! Ahh!”

Jon started squirming in Joker’s hands, his body twisting and hands still clutching at his sore testicles.
